Seek,
I'm not a member of MySpace so cannot help you with that but with Facebook, it takes a bit of adjustment! You have to sort of manoever around the site and get comfortable with it. Took me a couple of weeks to figure it all out! You must register an account first and then you can post messages, videos, pictures, etc. It's a fun site! Best of luck!
Well, am off to bed I think, I'm knackered. I'm not feeling too good either

My roast beef recipe for the crock pot changes everytime, we really like it with a can of cream of mushroom soup package of lipton onion soup. I season with clove of garlic, some grinder garlic pepper, worchestershire sauce, creole seasoning, water, sometimes I add a dash of red pepper or hot sauce but not always and not everyone likes it as hot and spicy as hubby and me do. Oh and a little montreal steak seasoning. The secret with keeping the spices in a crock pot is to open the crock pot as little as possible. Then of course whatever veggies you like. I love the pearl onions in it but I don't put them in until the last hour also cook the potatoes & carrots separate and add it the last hour too, that way they aren't so mushy. We got a cast iron crockpot just love it usually fix something in it every Monday fixing enough for 2 or 3 days and a couple lunches for hubby to take to work.
haunish lol am so glad your roast came out great was typing that while you were saying you made one
