I got newsie. So i go to PT yesterday and bascially i was told that the stff they had been doing beofre was not to fix the problem. I can't stand quaks. Moving on. So she takes out this huge spine with a pelvis and explaisn to me what is going on. Well i wish i coudl share it and I told her you knwo this would be very good birth control for teenagers.....I mean your pelvis is TINY comparred to the babys head. Anyhoo, well she is thinking i have bulging disk, so when i bend it jsut strains my back and i get spasms becasue my back is tryign ot protect itslef.....GOOD LORD.

So she proceeds to give me testy, in which i realized I am so out of shape it is ridiculous, and well they were incredibely uncomfortable. SO the goal now is to get the pain isoalted to my lower back. Which i cant' stand casue it eremnids me of labor. Howver i will do what i haev to to get rid of this...

In meantime my muscle realxers are nto touching me so I am gooan call pharmascist and see if there is a link here (buildign up resistance or soemthing).

Other than that i refuse to be old so I am goign to work on this BIG TIME!

Thanks for ALL the words everyone! I've been so busy lately and haven't been around as much as I'd like to be! Between working every day and make a few candle parties here and there, it sure keeps me busy!!! Glad to see mostly everyone is feeling better and that their colds/virii have gone away. Today is my grandma's 90th birthday so my husband and I will be heading out to visit with her this evening. She suffers from Alzheimers so it's really sad to visit her as she has no idea who we are but she always has such a beautiful smile and has the most amazing blue eyes I'm SO thankful to still have her in my life...

I hope I can make her smile this evening Just had to share her 90th with you all!
