Fries with mayo rock. McChicken sauce is just mayo from McDonnald's, they call it chicken sauce for some reason.
NS - What are you doing eating fries before noon?? Even where you are it is before noon!!!
Aphena - an opium pipe? I would like to try one of those, never heard of it before.

Thanks for all the words everyone! Gave rep where I could
Hope you're all feeling better soon. I have one hellofawicked headache and I just can't shake itI've taken so many Tylenol that I cannot take anymore or my stomach will be messed up
I even took a Tylenol 3 during the night as I walked downstairs to get it while holding my head. I think it's a sinus headache but am not sure. Could also be the Melatonin OR could also be another drug the doctor increased me on
Or, the pennicilin!
Didn't make it to work today againJust washing up the bedsheets so we can have a nice clean fresh bed with no virus germs. I hate not feeling well and hate not being able to spend time with my veterans. They are so dependant on me. It actually brings me down knowing that I cannot be there to assist them as they are so used to seeing me every day. I've called them both this morning to check on them and they are both fine. I sent my husband down to check on one of them. He was doing his firewood. He'll be 89 next month. He has more energy than anyone I've ever known! My other client got home from hospital yesterday and he feels excellent he said.
Hopefully I can make it to work tomorrow

I can't remember now but people would think of any excuse. Usually if it was during a rush we'd authorize it so we wouldn't have a confrontation while other's were waiting.
Btw how do you do multiple quotes?
Ok i'm off until later... i've got the motivation today to workout before i head out for the day. I need to try to workout everyday if i'm going to fit into the slinky halloween costume i'm eyeing

OMG my head is still off but jiggers on her blueberries. LMFAO. Ns, somehow i missed you were sick too..so sorry sweety. Ok i have to use a neubulizer, it looks like an opium pipe with all this stuff aoming out and it's making me buzed so i jsut call it an opium pipe. See the neabulizer vaproizers the medicine adn theres all this thick smoke like myst LOL.
"Many types of Asian pipes are mistaken for opium pipes, but there" is only true opium pipe: one that was designed to vaporize the drug, not burn it. This was achieved by the means of a highly specialized pipe-bowl. The bowl, which actually looks nothing like a traditional bowl but rather like a door knob, was attached to a long stem by means of a metal fitting, referred to in English as a "saddle". The length of an opium pipe varied from approximately 15 inches (40cm) to about 22 inches (56cm). The most common material from which pipe stems were made was bamboo, but Chinese artisans experimented with myriad substitutes, including ivory, jade, horn, porcelain, as well as enamels such as cloisonné."
