Well, it was a long day. The kids both had squirrely meltdowns at bedtime, no idea what brought that on.

Nothing new for the wiki this evening. I personally cannot complain since I can barely keep up with what we've gotten lately. I haven't even entered a single February word hunt yet. LOL

TELL me about it. He didn't come home with anything tonight, so he's been a good boy.
DH was bad about the coffee thing too, so for Christmas I got one of those kits where the kids make a picture and slip it inside the travel coffee mug. He really loves it, and now he takes his coffee to work.

Andit -- The way you refer to your pets is the sweetest thing ever. I want to just give them both a hug myself for how happy they make you.

Rose -- Sorry about that ring! Even if it isn't technically, that ring is definately in the "Black Hills Gold" style.. it was very popular when I graduated from High school, and my mom had a black hills gold ring made for my High school ring. It had those roses on the side and the little green and pinkish flowers as well. I love that stuff

Oh NS, you have NO idea. They sell those bears at the A&P grocery store right near our house, and at all of the "things engraved" stores too. Winter got that one like... 3 years ago from her daddy, and Monet and Winter each have one other besides that one. They are about $20 a piece. When I go to A&P I will take the digital camera and take a photo of the display.

We have the one you saw, as well as a bear in a raincoat that sings "Singin in the Rain", and a bear with a big floppy hat and a boa that sings "Girls just wanna have fun".. LOL

Guess what! I just ran upstairs and looked at the annoying one's tag (the floppy hat one, I hate it) and I found a website that has great pictures! We own "Suzie" and "Stormie" apparently, I had no idea.... The ballerina one is pretty old, so I wasn't surprised to not see her there. I don't know what they do about shipping and stuff, but I have personally seen most of the ones on their site in our store.

okay sc'ers i need your help. it's not bing cosby it was fred astair. anyway, i bought this bear for my mom several xmas's ago. and she plays him all the time. luvs him. just like lolcats bear, his head moves and everything! sings the really old version of "way you look tonight" not elton johns.

anyway, he needs a girlfriend to sing to! he needs GINGER! i'm going to try to find one online in canada. but let me know if anyone sees him in a store? he should retail about $30.

don't mind paying $50 or so with shipping. i think she'd love it if they could sing back and forth

ok, i found one that takes paypal e-check. someone wanna explain that to me? says the total is 19.95US. then when it comes to the paypal site it says 25.29 CAN.. but nothing is comming up for shipping. that's wierd isn't it???

so i emailed the company with the questions. i went to the main chantilly bears page to get this retailer. so i feel comfortable doing bus with them.

now it says it would pay by e-check thru my bank acct, and would process 6-8 days.

wth does that mean? does it mean, i don't need to transfer funds to paypal, that it comes directly from my bank acct? SEEK WTH are you when i need you?

cause if i have to transfer to paypal then they do an e-check, it'll be like an additonal week. or is it comming up e-check because when i logged in i don't have enuf in my acct so they are transferring it this way???

NS -- Here is your answer I think. Paypal e-check takes the money from your bank account (the one that is hooked up to your paypal account). This particular page I found explains it pretty well:

I have done it before with paypal. Shows up in your bank account history just like a regular check would. My bank has never charged me a service fee for it either.

I use paypal that way because we don't have credit cards.

ok that makes sense lolcat. they're just transferring the money for me because i only have $1 in my actual paypal acct. so this is the alternate method of pymt. i finally found info on it.

but lookig this for me would ya? where is the shipping fee?
