??? Was just checking it out - there are 2 "Pet Society" that
comes up - which one is it? The one with the Blue Cat or the
one that says "Pet Society">

OMG NS - if you could have known me back then; I was absolutely
mortified that things like that were actually sold in stores let alone
have people into that sort of thing lol

Twenty years or so later I found out what they were for; so yes curiosity satisfied ... FINALLY!!!

Thanks everyone ..she is very upset and cant figure out why the cat did that..just keeps having flashbacks of the cat on her face. We cleaned it up a bit more and realized it took a small piece of her ear on top of everything else. We are taking her back in a few spots are pussing already, and he decided not to give her any antibiotics. Plus see if he will put some stitches in her mouth due to the hole at the bottom..hope he does

I feel horrible,crying like crazy. I had to rush my dd to the hospital this morning, my cat attacked her face. It was laying on the bed and she looked at it and for some reason it tore her face up..I am a mess right now..I dont know what to do. We pulled claws out of her head. THey didnt stitch anthing just pushed the pieces back in place. Her shoulders everything are tore up. My dh feels horrible cause he couldnt stop it in time. Even when he grabbed teh cat it ripped his arms up as well. They are not sure how much scarring they will be it ripped her gums and everything. I just needed to say something to someone, hope I didn toffend. I had to take pics and send to my mom she didnt believe me..we will be keeping her home for a few days to watch for infection.

Is it an indoor or an in/outdoor cat. I am just wondering if it does go out maybe it was poisoned or something. I know that my moms cat never ever bit until one day it freaked out at my mom. She had to wrap it in a blanket to take it tot the vet and it had been poisoned and didn't know what it was doing. Not making excuses just wondering. I hope the DD gets better and can be around cats again. Vit E cream or jell is very good for scars, maek sure you get some for her.

OK 'cause NS asked - So cold here that you could freeze the balls off a brass monkey!!! LOL I said that to my kids the other day and they just about dropped. Of course they thought I was saying something naughty. I had to explain to them what the saying really meant. Everyone here does know what that saying really means right??

A brass monkey is the thing that they put canon balls on, like a rack. When it would get really cold the rack or brass monkey would shrink and the canon balls would fall off.

See I told you is was a bad thing, now everyone that thought I was talking dirty hit yourselves for me. LOL

no she was strictly an indoor cat..we are going to get her some cream tomorrow....thanks for letting us know about the cream to those who mentioned it

is this your regular doctor? put some polysporin on it til you get it seen to. there is a really good one out now, that has everything in it. should help alot. and gee haun..i wouldn' t know what to say to mine if he was attacked like that. i mean, we're not talking a scratch. that was brutal. is she going to be able to sleep ok ya think?
