Looks amazing, and glad it tastes as good as it looks! A work of art!
But there's no way I'd make a cheesecake with four bricks of cream cheese - I have great recipes which use just one, and they make yummy cheesecakes just the same!

Erilou, that looks absolutely amazing!
We're not dessert-eaters here, but I do make things for
special occasions and love to decorate them...I made
our DD's shower cake...with a rolled fondant lace bra on top
and the writing: "You're getting married! How uplifting!"
I also did her wedding cake and got orders from others
for one...but I won't go through that again!

the guest thing seems to happen when Boo changed a setting when he was doing the daily contests that enabled him to post as a guest. Basically now if the server takes too long to respond to an "edit" it changes that usernames name to guest, way to fix is click edit again, go advanced and at the top where it says "guest" you can fill back in your username
