    It's Tuesday so we're gonna go for all you can eat fish and chips at Joey's. I usually eat like 2 pieces of fish but this time I want to eat more to make it worth every penny. We'll see. LOL.

    Question - Has anyone here tried ham cooked in coke?
    I got the recipe from my Nigella Lawson cookbook and it looks really neat, just wanted to see if anyone has tried it.

    Sounds like it might be good, but could come out a funny colour! Just like the time I made Coq au Vin, and used merlot instead of red wine. (Merlot is made with blackberries, and turned my chicken purple!)

    In the picture the ham is black! But she also says that the left over coke makes a great glaze. I am going to try it one day just to say I did lol
