    I'm thankful for my stockpile. It's been storming for the past 3 days, and the wind and rain are so violent I don't dare go outdoors, it would upset me and my walker.
    So here I am, getting things done and not shopping. Baked 2 pies on Monday from the Pillsbury crusts FPC: pumpkin, sweet potato. Have been eating the sweet potato pie with Cool Whip topping (with coupon).
    Sorted my potato bins, used up the wrinkling ones. Sorted my fridge foods; made soup, cleaned out the veggie bins, everything ready to use.
    No waste. Using some of my beauty samples to pamper myself after slaving away in the kitchen.

    I am so very thankful for my son, and that he has grown into a fine man who turns 19 years old today! He's got a huge heart, is warm and compassionate, intelligent, has a great sense of humour and is tons of fun!

    I'm thankful for the relatively good health of everyone in my family and friends. Thinking about TaraF over the weeks (positive thoughts everyone!) got me thinking a lot about how important our health is. It's good to remember not to take it for granted and I can forget that sometimes.
