I attended my first Dofasco Xmas party at the FH Sherman Centre since the party moved from former Copps Coliseum several years ago. Lots of treats for young and old-I was there to collect the party souvenir and nutcracker guy for Dad (he gets tickets but has not attended the party in decades). Had fun looking at what gifts kids up to 13 yrs of age get.
Rather like the wireless karaoke mic I saw in one age bracket!2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

I am in hospital, and am so very grateful for the healthcare in my province and our country. Especially thankful for my therapy team at the Convalescent Unit where I am.

This may sound too deep, but being alive and having my family and friends. I just found out a friend of mine that moved away died. He was young. 36. My age. Puts things into perspective and makes you really question all of the stupid things you complained about, like earlier today i was complaining about sweetener in my coffee when i asked for no sugar. I should just be mindful instead. If anything it gave me a slap.
