so i have been wanting to pick up new cooking pots for some time... my olds ones were stainless steel but the bolts that held the handles on were not, and they were literally crumbling... so i kept trying to find a sale and then was flipping threw the Canadian tire flyer yesterday afternoon and there was the pot set i had my eye on... it only had pots, not frying pans, exactly what i wanted and instead of being $599 it was $199 so a total of 65% off!!!! total happy dance so i went to go pick it up. they are the lagostina ones on the front page of the flyer... i don't need frying pans as i have 5 different sizes of cast iron ones, as well as some kitchen aid ones that are still in great shape
also while i was there i got a rain check for the royale kleenex it was on for $3.88 for a 6 pack... i got 4 rain checked, and i asked if i could get more if i came a later day, and the manager said sure why not... i have coupons to make it $2,88 for each pack...
plus i found several new coupons... will post the info in my trade list a bit laterThis thread is currently associated with: Canadian Tire

I've been looking for pots for a while. Is Lagostina a better brand than Kitchen-aid? Is it better to get the ones with glass lids or stainless steel, because I noticed they'll have the kitchen Aid with glass lids on sale for saturday and I'm not sure what to do?
Please help me....

Great price.
I happen to have oil riggers in my family. They have been able to spend safety points in order to "buy" brand new pots and pans sets with frying pans. Those safety points can be used to get some pretty handy stuff including: camping gear, clothing, dishes, etc.
