Ever since they added the edit info page for your birth date and gender I cannot order coupons (I've tried but they never come now!)!! Every time I try and order it sends me to the edit info page. I enter my birth date and gender and get the message "email address already registered".... umm DUH!!! I'm trying to REORDER coupons from MY ACCOUNT that already exists but you insist I update my info Really frustrating. I emailed their help address but no reply yet.
Am I the only one getting this dysfunctional circle of edit/error/edit/error?This thread is currently associated with: Save.ca CouponsCoupons = Little pieces of paper you get FREE from the stores, from reps and from companies (ie: Not gold)

I was having the same problem but I have found a way to bypass it. Once I log in it tells me to update my profile. I don't update it and just ignore that screen. Then I just click on the COUPONS tab at the top and order my coupons.

I emailed them saying that I hadn't received the coupons I had ordered 2 weeks ago, and it took them about a week to reply to me (but I did get one). They said my order was processed and I should get them in separate envelopes. It has been taking them a lot longer to mail them recently though, I've noticed. Email support and see if they can help?

Never had trouble signing in - I sign in first, then go to coupons.

me too had the same problem, i wrote an email to them, and they replied it immediately saying due to too much orders its the delay and they said they received my coupon order and will send the same, but i have not received anything

Thanks. At least it's not just me lol.
I haven't received any save.ca in foreverrrrr and I assumed my order didn't go through because I can still check the boxes for coupons after my whole order attempt/edit profile thing. Well... I guess if it did go through maybe it went through all 15 times
We shall see....

I am having the exact same issue as the op and I cannot at all get around it everytime I click coupons and get my coupons it takes me back to the update info page and I get the dreaded email address already registered message and I never did get the save.ca coupons I ordered last time I ordered and I assume they would be expired by now if I got them anyway

EXACTLY the problem I'm having. No matter what I do... log in, log out, try and update my info, go to the site from certain links, go to a different computer, etc, I CANNOT get my coupons ordered. I would really like to get the mars FPC one listed on the blog but, alas, I can't get save.ca to work

Same thing happened to me today. I just put in a different email address. It let me order the coupons. don't know if they will come in the mail. Will update if they show up.

Same thing happens with mine and my mom's accounts. I can log into my sister's account no problem. Guess I'll have to create a new email account and try it

I'm having this problem too. I don't want to give them my other, personal email address to spam the heck out of. Geez, save.ca, you obviously lurk on SC, so get your act together.
