    I did it by cutting calories, eating 1200-1400 calories a day. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables and exercising every other day!

    I wasn't even lurking I just sat down and POOF there it was.

    Funny you mention having nausea for a week. Kevin has been complaining of headache and stomach ache for a week and I kept him home yesterday out of pity even though I have a rule of unless you are bleeding from the eyes you go to school.
