Looks like I have a lot to catch up on.

A lot's happened lately;
* I went to a friend's cottage for a couple of days
* had a relapse, & ended back in the hospital for a couple of days
* one of my friend's husband had been been in a bad accident & was coming home; went to her place for a couple of days to get things set up, and help get him settled the first day
* have been working hard on that fundraising auction, which is coming up this coming Saturday; I've collected almost $17,000. in donations so far, with 4 more to collect this week (boy, I'll be glad when it's over !!!!)
* and finally, my son's 5 year old dog, Tank, had to be put down last Wed.
Geez I loved that dog Rest in peace Tank; we'll miss you. (Here's his pic.)

They're getting by; they took the week off work. They're hearts are broken, but in time, they'll be ok.

Very Sorry to hear about Tank. He was so young.

Certainly brings back memories of my dog Mojo, when we had to put him down 3 years ago, but at least I got to have him as a true friend and companion for 10+ years.
I still miss him terribly even after all these years.

My sincerest condolences, but these events are tragic and their effects last a very long time.

My Harley used to sleep happily all winter in the spare bedroom
until the day she moved in.
Sure she could have her trinkets but for some reason,

Good afternoon, managed to get a little over have my list done for the weekend. On Saturday it was all plumbing, first the pool and then the new double vanity. I was taking two sinks on two walls in a corner unit and putting one long unit on one wall. I got them all cut down on closed off on the one wall and all new connections cut into the other. When it’s all done we coordinate and I stay up while the wife turns on the water. She turns on the water and it’s looking good and I’m feeling good. All of a sudden I hear yelling that waters is coming in thought the kitchen ceiling. We quickly shut off the water and tried to find the leak. The bath room looks dry, so I figure I must have losened something, so I cut the drywall toward the old existing plumbing; cut two feet, nothing, and then the remaining two feet nothing, bone dry. On the other side of that bathroom is the master suite bathroom. So I cut a small access hole in the bathroom I’m working in and it comes out under the front of the tub, and sure enough it’s wet. But what is really weird is, I see an old boot, strange, why would someone leave an old boot in the wall? So I go into the master suite and open up the panel below the tube as it's an old Jacuzzi.I look and see more water, a shut off, but also a cap and what looks to be a brown vinyl case. So we turn the valve off and try it again, but it’s still leaking. I can’t reach in any further so I go back to the other side and cut more drywall and what do I find but a wooden box, I pry the top off and its full, I reach in and pull out a brown vinyl case, open it up and its full of old cassettes, then another box of cassettes, this is really strange who would bury these in wall. It was not until I pulled out a pair of movie 3D glasses that I figure this can’t be that old. Then it hit me, all out this lost treasure was coming out of the bottom of the hall closet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We laughed so hard there were tears, Indiana Jones were not!

Wow Hicks, talk about a busy week/weekend. Hope you're feeling better & you stay out of the hospital. So sorry about Tank. He looks like a wonderful puppy.
