Thunderbird is a nifty free email program, similar to , um Outlook express, what I had before, part of the Mozilla family...

My husband did drive a 1972 Thunderbird...He never let me drive it...

Meanwhile, I find myself trying to mess around with the settings so that I can receive email...
Sending works, though...
This is a sudden change...

I had Thunderbird as my e-mail at work years ago. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. I couldn't figure out why, but I already had Microsoft Office in my computer, so I switched to Outlook and never had a problem since. Even when I updated to a newer version of Outlook, it still works like a charm.

I know this is not helpful to solve your immediate problem, but that was my solution at the time.

is kim mitchell coming back to that shift?

It was a shocker to hear about Maureen's departure. I liked her, but I didn't really care for her show, or her opinions. She should have just stayed with the entertainment stuff.

Anyhow, that is a great speculation about Kim Mitchell coming back. I liked him, and I wouldn't mind if he overplayed his music once again.

I think Scholes will just take over in that time slot. He is likable, but somehow he lacks some pizzazz that is needed for the afternoon drive.

Just got back from my sister's. Took her home Sat. and stayed with her.
She's sleeping, somewhat comfortably, and I will be too - soon.
Her dd just got back from a week's vacation, so later today, she's picking up her mom, & she'll be staying with her dd till the next surgery.

Have a good day, even though it's Monday, the last one in Nov.
