Good afternoon. Went to Mysteriously Yours Dinner Threatre on Saturday night and had a really nice time. They acted a murder out, interact with the audience and give out clues and then you are given a chance to solve the mystery. I got the right person but for the wrong reason. The three course dinner was quite nice.

King Crimson returns to active service this year for a series of performances that includes a stop at Massey Hall on July 5. Born on 13th. January 1969 in the basement of the Fulham Palace Cafe, London, this is the 8th incarnation of King Crimson, with: Gavin Harrison (drums), Bill Rieflin (drums), Pat Mastelotto (drums), Tony Levin (bass and vocals), Mel Collins (Sax, flute), Jakko Jakszyk (guitar, vocals), Jeremy Stacey (Acoustic And Electronic Percussion, Keyboards) and Robert Fripp (guitar).

Man Strips Off His Clothes, Jumps Into Lion Pit - You Can Probably Guess How It Ended

A guy reportedly stripped naked and tried to feed himself to lions at a zoo in Santiago, Chile, on May 21, claiming to be a prophet of God.

Franco Ferrada, 20, took off all of his clothes and jumped into the lion pit at Santiago Zoo, while a large group of terrified zoo visitors could do nothing but watch, according to the Daily Mail. Ferrada shouted about religion as he ran at the lions, which began to maul him.

A judge looked this inmate straight in the eyes and said something that left the entire courtroom in tears:




Ferrada had also left a note in one of his pockets, claiming he was God's prophet. Ferrada also said the apocalypse was coming.






"The apocalypse has arrived, and I will know when it shall come," said Ferrada in his note. "I am the prophet and I have returned for my people."

I've never been to Mysteriously Yours but have thought about it, sounds like a good night out. My daughter won a certificate for Travelzoo and got a 7 course tasting meal for Globe Restaurant for two with it so we went, it was very good! The chef prepares each course so you don't know exactly what it coming but it's all very tasty. If there is anything you don't like you tell them beforehand.


Just went to HMV again and it's a good thing I got the music videos when I did the pickings are quite small now and the Blues section for CDS is really small. There are still lots of movie DVDs and quite a bit of rock. Surprised to hear Sunrise will be taking over some stores....

The SOWNY board reports that 6-8pm host Willy (Percy) is joined weekdays by Corus Vancouver’s Kim Seale and Alece Anderson from Rock 101, effective today. Veteran voice Andy Frost remains in his weekdays 8-10pm slot. SOWNY also suggests a pan-Ontario midday show may be in the offing too, noting that the playlist across the company’s fleet of FMs in Kingston, Barrie and Toronto is already the same.

We spent the weekend up in North Bay for my nephew's wedding. We drove up in rain, freezing rain, ice pellets then snow, which turned into freezing rain and thunderstorms.

As ugly as the weather was, everything else was good.

That explains a lot. Wasn't sure i was on the right station when i 1st heard them. Had to recheck my radio setting, then heard the Q107 station call, figured they changed things again. It also explains why John Scholes was on before 3 pm today.
