Years ago, we bought our son a Lego robotics kit (along with MANY regular kits over the years). Since he's all grown up now, most of it is "put away". He actually dug out the robotics kit recently and used it for an assignment in University... Originally Posted by NatureBug

I've got to run... I've already prepared a roast in a crock pot and I have potatoes to peel and lettuce to clean before I go to work...
Days like today I wish I worked from home more often...
Today is my father in law's 71st birthday. Both kids are between exams and will be home tonight for dinner too!!!

Loocie is off (no smart remarks please) to the dentist this morning. It's frosty out there & I'm not a fan of it, but it is what it is & we must weather the weather.

morning Q sters,
HAPPY HUMP DAY!
a chilly morning, but no white stuff. was surprised when i got to work this morning, turned down our road & there was a tow truck parked in the 2nd of 3 driveways with a little corolla nose first in the ditch. i had to laugh cause i was trying to figure out how he had manged to do that. it's a straight road, there was no one else involved, yet there the corolla was with it's a$$end in the air. the town had just finished widening the road & putting in a sidewalk. they had dug out the old grass, filled it in some & had put new sod down last week. wondering if the guy was texting or talking on the phone when he did the nose plant. the car is now out of the ditch with minimal damged to the front end, cause he's able to drive the car away. the sod on the other hand is a mess. wonder who's going to fix that?

Good Morning, Everyone...
Spent a couple of Hours Visiting with Helen yesterday Evening.
She is getting a bit Stronger, although She keeps getting a leg cramp that bothers Her.
Every 5-10 Minutes, She would get a bout of Pain and the Wife would Massage Her leg for Her. Poor Circulation.
Her Son and Daughter each had to run out for Different Errands, so we stayed until someone got back. Helen would have been Fine, but we just couldn't leave "early".
I am off today, so I have to meet a couple of People at Costco.
Then it is off to my Buddy's Place to change the Brakes and 1x Rotor on my Car.

I live in a Cartoon World as I am surrounded by Characters.
