    oh good holy shoot, thanks ng for the loon vid.
    heard a story from my brother about a loon swimming underwater for
    for ever and trying to get their lure (i hate fishing - all the men in my family
    fishes, ppphhhttt- i stopped when i was 6 or so).
    apparently the brothers and the boat just disappeared to not bother the poor loon.

    really dis liking the youtube lately!

    Good morning, can’t say it’s great to be back to work after such a nice long weekend. Managed to get out on the water on Sunday got all the way to Barrie, rescued one stranded boater on the way. And Barrie had Main Street closed off once again for Canada Day. Toured the shops and booths then settled in for a couple of cold ones. We stopped in the only Italian bar and it was a lot of fun and left after it was 1-0. The bay was a little rough till you got past Big Bay Point and was fine going south along the western shore. But once you crossed over and got past Snake Island the waves got to be about 4 to 5 foot swells. Now for a 17’ boats that is surfing weather, the fun only lasts the first few waves. Not something you want to do a lot.
    Berndawg – Happy 11th and good marks for the kids.
    Rockit – nice win, hope the concert was good.
    Bluewaterwitch, Hteam and Zedgirl76 – thank you for posting the Chilliwack pictures, it’s been a very long time since I last saw them. Hope everyone had a good time.
