That is soooo cooooool! Lee and Evelyn, I want both of your shirts-so pretty, I like that yours is off the shoulder E. All of you look terrific but I think Gil has had a face lift or something, I think he had more lines on his face back in the day than he does now. Maybe it is just a good pic, hmmm. Glad to see my fellow SCers representing!!!

Update on the shoot yesterday-it was crazy but in a fun way. There was a rep from the Lung Assoc on set to make sure we didnt breach any rules and make sure that the actors who were using puffers and oxygen tanks did so correctly. I have a couple of photos I will post when I get a chance but they are just me with fellow actors from my phone and not so great. Not sure what the turn around on this is but I will let you guys know when I find out.
Hope eveyone has a fantastic weekend, lets hope the rain eases off later!

Good (?) morning, everyone.
Poor Lily dog got soaked this morning, even with all her rain gear. 10 minutes to put on a raincoat & boots, 10 seconds to do what has to be done outside.
Another busy day in the city for me. Theatre in the afternoon, SA tonight. Lots of extra tickets to the Michael White show, if anyone needs em.
Better get back to the silly chores (how is it that 5 minutes after I vaccuum, my carpet is covered in fur???).
Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

I’m going to give it shot & compose a few lines specifically all about rain,
Many songs have be written, why just think of the Rain in Spain,
CCR sang Who'll Stop The Rain & to that I don't think there's an explanation,
I Wish it Would Rain was a serenade given to us by The Temptations,
It's Raining Again by Supertramp certainly sums up this day,
& Rainy Day People by Gordon Lightfoot kinda says what a heart should portray,
Purple Rain by Prince isn't exactly uplifting & upbeat,
& who can't forget Gene Kelly Singing in the Rain & dancing his way through the street?
James Taylor sang about Fire & Rain & that was tragic & I think a little bit of a lament,
& if you listen to Raining In My Heart by Buddy Holly it will be an exceptional 3 minutes spent,
Mandolin Rain by Bruce Hornsby will probably take you bake to the eighties decade,
& Rain Fall Down by the Rolling Stones is another funky song to which I have swayed,
I know there are many more rain songs, by my think cap is tapped,
So if you're going outside take your brolley, or in a cloud of rain you'll be trapped,
A good day to stay inside, read a book or catch up with someone you are missing,
Also not a bad day to cuddle up with your honey for some kissing!

Good morning!!
Street party last night was a huge success!!! We had a great turn out, and it was nice meeting some new people and saying "hi" to the ones we haven't talked to since last year....
The last 12 years, we've had fireworks for the street party, but this year there was a request not to do them because the debris has a tendency of landing in one of the back yards (and that house has a new pool this year...) instead we did floating lanterns... they were very cool, but we had a visit from our city's finest... apparently there were about 8 police cars in the area searching for the source of our lanterns.... The cops were pretty cool when they realized it was a street party and that we were "responsible adults" lighting them... they told us to call the division to give them a "head's up" if we do it again next year..... there were over 20 floating over the 401 last night....

Happy Soggy Saturday everyone! I'm off to Harbourfront for the Vegetarian Food Festival.
If any of you are planning to go, try and visit the Snooters Farm Sanctuary table. You might see me there!
