Another busy day ahead of me. Yesterday was beef day with the satay with Kobe marinade (& a little garlic and honey to give it oomph), today it will be shrimp skewers with Cajun spices and chicken kebobs with Marsala sauce. At some point we also have to make place cards with info on the foods and their ingredients, in case someone has food sensitivities. Not sure when we'll get a chance to do the main dishes and salads.

Today is, Monkey Day! In celebration of the monkey, today is one day when monkey business is actually encouraged. Any other day of the year you don't want to let monkeys anywhere near your place of business. They can be loud, rowdy, impatient, and ill-tempered. In fact, throughout history one of the only monkeys who proved to be a reliable coworker was Albert II, who 'flew' the US-launch V 2 Rocket in 1949.
Go out and make a monkey of yourself ( for some of us, that will not be hard to do)
