As H team said, we're off to Barbados. I'm getting excited, but I'm getting a little stressed too... I have so much that I HAVE to get done at w*rk before I go... I told hubby that I want to be 99% packed this Saturday (because I know that next week will be full of more 12-13+ hour w*rk days....)

Pretty sad - isn't it.... I guess I need a vacation....

Lily dog got me up early this morning to go play - she tried to catch the sn*wflakes, until she realized it was actually freezing rain, so she changed her mind.

A windy, blustery day to you all, Q sters,
wow what a difference from yesterday. went out to start the van to warm up & it was a blizzard out there. the wind was blowing the white stuff sideways. part way on the way to work, a firetruck with it's lights on went by me heading the opposite direction. when i got over the hill, i saw 3 reflectors in my headlights. when i got closer, they were actually reflective pylons. a big tree had been knocked over in the wind & it covered 3/4 of the road. after getting by that & getting down to the end of the street, there was another firetruck turning onto the street heading towards the tree. didn't realize that the fire deptment dealt with fallen trees. mister police officers were out in full force today too. so bee careful & tie your hat on tight.

Cold, windy, and snowing - I guess winter's back.
