started noticing this tactic years ago with toothpaste, but now

Good morning, everyone.

Dealing with a full-blown cold right now. Why oh why do I always seem to get sick when I have plans I can't get out of??? Have no choice but to go out today and help at an event, but will spend tomorrow lying on the couch, insisting the brats wait on me. Only, Quincy cat will want me to carry him around and Lily dog will play the but-I'm-sick-I-went-to-the-vet card and want treats for looking pretty.

I was also foolish and went out to dinner last night with some friends. I swear I was feeling fine then, and even if I wasn't, my one friend is going in for major surgery soon, so this was a priority. The only bad part was being stuck on a subway train because some brat tried to rob someone on the previous train and they shut down the train until the police arrived to arrest him. Considering the fuss I made when someone attempted that with me several years ago, he was lucky I wasn't on that train.

Brats have had their breakfast and I'm on my third cup of tea (the sure sign I'm unwell is that I'm drinking a hot beverage). Better go nap before I have to go out in the rain. Bleh.

Did not Catch it... but I did Watch it.

Like MC, I have noticed this a while Ago too.
Ice Cream that was once 2L is now 1.66L. Not all Brands, but I Noticed the Ploy.

I actually Check the Weight & Volume of Products.
Did not Pay Attention to these Details a Decade or so Ago, so I do not Notice a lot of the "Cheating".
Those that I do, I Tend to go "No Name" as they are usually More-for-Less.
