It's nice that the temps are warming up (it's still summer! it should be 20+C - ok, hoping for 30+C, but I won't push it ).

Critters are happily napping in the sunshine. I'm sooo tempted to join them, but I have too much to do. Tonight I'm off to see Kinky Boots (postponed 3 times, last time was when I had my little vacation in the isolation ward at the hospital - the only perk to food poisoning is that they always worry I'm a contagion and get a great big room with a view all to myself ).

Better go get started with my day. Or nap.

Good morning, thanks for the nice comments on the pictures. Orsybe you were very kind to give them to you Daughter –in-law. Lee I agree about the seats, after I saw the tour announced I looked at other venues in other cities but they were all large football stadiums in decided it was not worth it.. Heartgirl I knew there would be limited parking that’s why we walked in. Getting in was a easy, getting out not so easy and then there was the walking in the dark over thousands of plastic cups and bottles, it was a sea of plastic. But tonight should be a great one, as it’s off to see Robert Plant, and it looks to be another great night for an outdoor concert.
Jester I will have to check out Anthony’s album, so of his works was a little much for me.

i doubt it. it could have been a lot worse. at least they didn't trash the place.

Years ago I had a co-worker who had a husky. Thieves broke in during the dog's nap time and managed to gather all the valuables into a pile in the middle of the living room. A neighbour across the street heard a happy whiny bark and then saw 2 young men burst through the front door and run down the street. He called my co-worker who came home to the mess. The pup had a habit of sleeping behind the couch, so the theory is that the pup waited patiently for the burglars to come play with him until he couldn't wait any longer and barked to get them to throw his ball.

make mine an extra large this morning!

heartgirl didn't get much sleep last night. our home was broken into yesterday while we were at work. they didn't make a mess but stole cash and jewellery. it was unsettling. it seems that the thieves targeted our street. the officer was going to another house a few doors down after he finished at our place.

So sorry heartgirl! The same thing's been happening in our neighbourhood. We now have a camera over our entrances!

Sorry to hear about the break-in. We had a similar thing happen to us a few years ago when we were in Mississauga and never got anything back.
