Hi everyone... I just started a new blog - www.thebridesmaid365.com which is tracking my 365 day personal challenge to lose weight and live healthier (and look good in my bridesmaid dress next year!)...
Embarrassed as I might be, I am hanging it all out there because I am hopeful it will be a good way to form a support system for myself and would appreciate any feedback, exercise/weight loss tips, support, etc. that anyone might like to share with me on it. Maybe it will help other women struggling with their weight, too...

There might be a better way than stressing out over counting calories every day. I never counted calories and with a few other changes and some serious running, I lost plenty of weight.

I plan on trying to get below my pre baby weight after this baby is born. I never really shed all the pounds that I put on with my first son and I would love to get back to being thin and healthy again.

Ahhh good luck on your challenge :D The easiest way to lose weight is to cut calories! Worked for my roommate (lost a lot of weight just by cutting cola out of her diet
! )

you're doing great,
my Hubby has changed what he eats and exersizes every morning that he works.(4 or 5 days a week) he has cut his carbs down big time. I make him spagetti squash, yams or mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes.( he still has one once in a while),he has also changed the bread he eats to one that has no white enriched flour and he eats a small breakfast every morning. he has been doing it for about 3 manths and you can really see the change.

This is awesome. Lately I gain some weight. I never went above a size 3-5 and now i'm above that.(not gonna say how much above that, but I share your pain about back fat lol) Hopefuly I'll get some inspiration from you! I'll be reading.

good luck on your journey. I'm in the middle of my own battle of the bulge. it started last june 6th and I've dropped about 50lbs in that time. it's amazing how much better you can feel.
