Well I know how tough it is to quit smoking. When I was smoking cigarettes I was up to 3 packs a day, I got to the point of I was tired of smoking and threw them in the garbage. Well I got into Cigars another bad mistake people sometimes smoke cigars thinking that they are better for or not as bad as cigarettes. Wrong they have up to 3 to 5 times more nicotine and other crap then cigs.

So if anybody needs any pointers feel free to ask I will try to help if I can. Of course I will be there for Koala.

Good luck to everyone on this thread for trying to quit and don't get discourage if you fall the wagon, I have a few times just try not to give into the nicodemon and the fact that your getting free stuff is just a bonus.
