So I have been teaching myself how to make flowers to decorate my cakes and cupcakes and these are the newest ones.
I have been able to make Marshmellow roses and Calla Lilies.
Next will be Carnations, Orchids, and Pansies.
Buttercream Flowers are harder.
I will keep practicing.

I volunteer to be the human garbage disposal for the flowers that don't meet your standards.

You should write a "how-to" book, or better yet, get your own cake decorating show on TV (big bucks)... You're amazing and talented!

for those of you who do your own cakes....I will, eventually, be selling the flowers so you'd be able to buy them by the dozens.

beautiful job. Keep up the good work!
I would love to learn how to make those. I enjoy baking b-day cakes for the little ones in my house, but my expertise doesn't go much beyond multi-colored icing and smarties/ skittles for decos. haha
