We have tried almost all the St. methode breads including the fat/sugar free. Like everything else you get used to it but i think the biggest change you can make that is tough at first is eliminating white bread. We did that and all other bread tastes pretty awful at first lol but even the kids are ok with it now.

Well, we actually went completely bread and carb (except for veggies) free for a long while and after the first 3-4 days, the cravings subside. So I am thinking since we don't eat bread that often even now that the fat free sugar free shouldn't bother us TOO much. Hopefully, since that type of bread is a good alternative I think...
