Last thing you baked?

I made more fruit explosion muffins. The others were a hit. Wild blueberry this time.

blueberry preserves.....actually wild blueberry...my brother makes it every year.

Orange Muffins... they turned out really well.. I accidently put about 2 tbsp of baking powder in the mixture and they are SO light and fluffy!

Pillsbury chocolate chunk cookies.... technically, that's still baking.

The last thing I baked was shortbread cookies.

Last thing I baked: oatmeal cookies and peanut butter cookies, while at home over the holidays, with Mom.

Last thing I baked was choclate muffins. Got a choclate cake mix at Christmas (gift card was taped to it) Didn't have eggs so used mayonaise instead and put to much mix in cups , baked them in the toaster oven and they grew right out of the tin and all over the toaster oven was a really mess to clean up. (The muffins still tasted good though)
