My son hasn't received any GC's from teen survey over this yr, I haven't received any of my chapters GC's I ordered in March. They haven't returned any calls or emails. They dont credit points properly anymore. I'm a little angry since they are screwing around kids now. I'm quitting this panel after 2yrs. They've went so downhill.

Hearing you guys about the points, I decided to double check and although it seems to be taking a long time for them to put the points on there, they do seem to be putting my points on correctly. I haven't received any of my points for the surveys where the "complete by" dates are in June (2500 points!!) but most of the ones where the "complete by" dates were in May are done except for 2 still out standing. But my 600 point, 500 point, and 300 point ones from May are all in there and were added for the correct amount of points. They seem to be taking a long time, but they're getting mine right.

wow, that's terrible. I can't even access their website because I get a warning that their security certificate is out of date...

I just got another survey from them but I'm a little cheezed off right now so I think I'll let it expire. I don't want to waste my time anymore and I don't want to chase someone for what I earned. Geezzz some of those surveys they sent were like an hour I could have found better things to do for that hour.

I am now saving my e-mails from them.One says i will get credited by june 28th 250 points and i did not get credited. Not that I ever receive any replies from them but itleast i have proof and they may by chance read my emails.

I haven't ever had any trouble with them! Don't know what the difference is... why some are.
