I just ordered a check and a g/c about 2 weeks ago. We'll see how long it takes to come in, as for being credited its normally not that bad for me, maybe 2 weeks top. In the end i dont mind waiting a bit after all this like other survey sites is all free. I tend to bank my points and gift cards so i can do larger orders and save on shipping

I ordered My GC April 11th and it still says processing. My son did surveys last year and still hasn't gotten the amazon.ca redeem codes. Up until the end of last year, they were good, now I'm not sure.

wow out of 3 surveys i have done in the past couple weeks i have gotten 10 whole points. What a joke. I guess the surveys that were supposed to be for in the hundreds ended up being worth 0. Not so sure i will stick with this website if i ever get a chance to cashout.

TNS contacted me, they apologized for the delay of my orders and said they will fix it and even gave me an extra GC for my trouble I'm willing to give them a second chance. She seemed very sorry about the whole mess and said they have been having issues because the companies they work for pay them out at certain times and it causes a backlog of orders. She said anyone who hasn't received anything they ordered before may should contact them by phone because they are having some issues with their comps and the lady who does redemptions has been off sick. So please call them if you had put in an order and they will rectify it.

I called this morning, forgot to ask for laura and they sent me to someone else [who wasn;t there], left a message.

Called again 10 minutes asked for Laura and got her voicemail; left a message she just called me back 2 minutes ago. She thought they were caught up for the e-cards [chapters are ecards]. i said ya, I never got any email with any of my ecards. She said she can't access the files until monday so she'll do that then and figure out what's going on for me than call me back before the middle of next week. Awesome=)♥
