More than likely the stack was not dumped by a paperboy but by a local business that had excess after the weekend. The convenience of the recycle bin is very close for them and it would make sense for them to dump them there instead of the trash cans.
I intend to check it out next week too. Just hope it is a little cleaner, or maybe not since they were on the top and I didn't have to do much digging.

Not sure about all cities in Ontario but London doesn't have a drop off depot. If you want to check for more coupons you have to go house to house on garbage day. So jealous of those who have those drop off centres. Just saw another post from a SC that got Coke lids from her recycle depot!!! Jealous again....but happy that someone is making good use of all those wasted coupons!!
