Popped by the neighborhood blue bins to drop off my recycling and was shocked to see the bins overfilled with recyling and not an inch for me to leave mine behind! Curiousity got the best of me and after a few mins I found this:
which actually turned out to be:

Score! I often look in blue bins on recycle day but the most I find are maybe 3 if I'm lucky. I am soooo jealous, but in a good way. WTG!
