I have read so much about the tie between gluten and autism. There is chapter regarding this in th ebook I bought "living Gluten Free for Dummies" I may try and scan it for you at work one daythis week.

^ this is hard for kids..you have to go all in or it just does not work.. I work with students with autism and it can be very difficult at the beginning and if you don't keep it strict. All the best

My friend went to Disney World and you can tell them before you go you need a Gf diet. her husband had waffles and a bun at everymeal, pasta etc... They bought the meal plan..but had to book the resturants before hand to make sure they had GF foods ready. I think this is the greatest! She said they even gave him a list to use in the parks of where to get snacks! GREAT!!

So, imagine our surprise when my DH and I were shopping in FoodBasics and found rice-wrappers!! I love spring and egg rolls and wondered how these would work....so I've been looking for some recipes and here's one I will absolutely try!!

    http://glutenfreeday.com/?p=82

I have bagged coleslaw mix in the fridge, so I'll use that and fry it up with other ingredients and bake them!! I'll let you all know how it went!!

It's just so darn exciting to find something like this at that store....since they don't carry a single loaf of GF bread!
