sounds great. Can you first sign up for meetings and then do it online or vise versa? I just dont know if im up to putting another event on my weekly schedule and talking to other ppl LOL. Lately I have no use for going out unless its to shop hahaha darn weather.
Could anyone give me a example of a meal? if its not to much trouble and tell me the point value and the total point value for the day?

I only do it online for that reason, I know I will not go to meetings every week (and you have to pay for missed weeks). If you do the meetings you can pay extra for etools which gives you access to the online stuff.
As far as a meal, I just entered my dinner so can give you that
Chicken breast 6PP
Cheese (low fat) 1oz 1PP
Broccoli 0PP
Baked Potato 5PP
Peppers 0PP
Mushrooms 0PP
EVOO (for veggies) 1PP
Total 13 points

Point value for the day will vary according to weight but you always get 49 points as a weekly allowance on top and you can offset activity points (although most members do not recommend using the activity points unless you do a lot of cardio several times a week)
Examples
30 y/o female 5'7" 200lbs = 32PP (40 y/o 30PP)
30 y/o female 5'7" 250lbs = 39PP (40 y/o 37PP)

ok, I am going to red lobster for dinner tomorrow.......
I calculated the ultimate feast to be 16 points (am will add an extra 5 for rice, ad 4 for the bun). I double and triple checked but the values still seem low to me.
Please if anyone has calculated this before let me know, I don't want to screw up now, I feel I have done good this week

Yep, impossible - 29 is as low as it goes and you still get 49 weekly points on top (and it doesnt matter what you want to weigh, it goes by a 2.2lb max loss per week based on your current weight)

Adding to Zonny and Fallen....nobody can ever go lower than 29 points on the new Points Plus program, even if you each your ultimate goal. Going any lower, you are depriving your body of calories it needs. There's a reason they go rid of the old program, people report more success and are less hungry on the new PP program.
