That is the best about office jobs...it took me almost a year to get this job once I left my retail job I vowed never to go back and I stuck to my word! lol

I feel like I'm going to be able to get something permanent sooon, especially with this experience on my resume! I will never go back to retail after this

Depends on the level of job, the higher ones probably do but I certainly hadn't paid all my student loans when I applied

Not sure, I paid mine off early but I would imagine you would need to be fairly high level or handling money before they would do a credit check. With mine I just had to bring in a police check from a local police station

I had to do a security clearance just to be a cleaner at the post office. The person that signed to vouch for me was the chairman of the police services board here in Timmins.
