Looks llike a fun day in the orchard. My dad has an orchard in his back yard. He likes to wait till the apples get some frost before he picks them.So a few weeks yet before we start here.

Hate to say it but we've already had frost here off island so all the orchards have had frost. But yes the apples are much better after the frost.

Yep, I'm a meanie all right. Took Lily dog up to the rooftop to play & had to run around & play tag with her cause she was bored (big ouch for me!). Then I took Quincy cat out front to watch the film folks set up a shoot on my street. Had to carry the lazy brat, so even more ouch for me. They're now both sleeping soundly, while I whip up some cheese cookies (am I the only one who finds it hard to mix batter & type?).

Don't you do anything with them andit Everytime I think of you carrying around your kitty makes me smile find it so cute and funny. I have to wrestle Oreo to get in his carrier.

If Quincy's being bad, I tell him to go to his room (the bathroom, where his carrier/bed is located). He walks slowly there, stopping & talking back to me. If he gives me too much attitude, I take a step towards him, then he races into the room, turns around & peeks out, softly meowing at me. All I have to do is say "excuse me?" & he races into his carrier.

LMAO oh I love your kitty I can just picture it in my head lol. Simba baby kitten is vocal like that he will go near the dog food and I will say Simba in a stern voice and he will look at me go meow go back to it then simba again in a stern voice then gives a nasty meow and trots off.
