That is typically the going rate for inserts, and less for non brandsaver ones unless they have an actual FPC in them (not just something that someone somewhere gets something for free with)

The fact is, although you are trading $108 coupons, ppl will not use most of them

So although those deals are a possibility, they can be difficult to achieve.

I have traded a number of times with someone back East for SmartSource and P&G and $1 for each insert (on a Gift Certificate) has been her going rate.
I think that's fair. However, increaseing the value of a coupon because someone may use a coupon, by my personal belief, improperly for trial/travel sized items to get overages/things for free. I think the more people that do this, the more likely they will increase restrictive wording on coupons.

They buy the trial sized wipes or toilet seat covers.

The best value for the Crest Pro-Health coupon is to buy the $2.93 half-sized bottle (not trial sized) for a net cost of $1.93...and then use the Oral-B Glide coupon. The result is that you get a decent sized, usable bottle of mouthwash and a floss for a great price. That said, I have picked up a couple of the trial sized mouthwash specifically because my husband travels for business and it's a very handy size to put in the shaving bag.

What about company cheques / vouchers / call ins / bucks? Are they considered HV or FPC or something all together different?

It depends, you could call in and get a $1 off something that retails for $6+, its not HV despite the source

What do you feel is the value of two yoga mat PINs from the Kellogg promotion? Any thoughts?

I think sdm points are worth their stated value minimally (even more on bonus redemption days). I do not think they should be lowballed into a much lesser value when the person runs out of my trade item and notifies me after the fact. Especially after the points have been transferred in advance out of compassion. And now I feel I have to accept whatever I can get back. That is my own opinion. Sorry....just venting and reminding myself to limit my trades on SC from now on, last trade leaving sour taste in mouth

I just had a great experience. I am looking for high end Robacet coupons ($10). It is something I need and obviously expensive.

Someone just offered me a $10 coupon and I am to send her what I thought fair. She had no use for the product and figured it needed a better home.

People have been asking $5 in GC for this coupon (no I did not trade).

But I love the idea that coupons should go to homes where they will be appreciated.

    Just wanted to share...

Remember.... there is a different value to each kind of pin.

You need 2 pins from Special K cereals.

You need 4 pins from Special K snack bars.

    or the combination of

    1cereal and 2 snack bars.
    Shhh.... I am saving money.
