So I have been MIA for the last week or so and I appreciate all the concerned PM's

Where I have been.... Well I had a very shocking thing happen to me on the 26th. I have been down and upset for a couple weeks now over my typical family drama so a friend invited me out to the bar for a girls night out.

I thought, hey I deserve some fun so why not. When we were leaving the bar we were jumped from behind by 3 women. I have absolutely no clue who they are or why they did it but I was pulled to the ground by my hair and repeatedly kicked in the body by them as was my friend. But to top it all off one of the women kicked my right in the face and broke my nose

I really can't believe it, all I remember after that was being rushed to the hospital and getting xrays.

My face is swollen, there are bruises everywhere and I have a slightly crooked nose and a deviated septum. My friend faired a little better than me but she is still very sore.

What goes through peoples mind to do stuff like this is beyond me.

Thank god some people at the bar knew there names and the police were able to track them down and arrest them. They are ordered to stay away from me but I am looking to get a restraining order in case I ever run into them while out again.

I'm really not sure what else to do about it??

I have been resting and trying to feel better but everything is so painful and the nose is just upsetting me so much

I will check back as much as I can.

(PS I know I am VERY behind on a couple things to do with SC and I am so sorry, wasn't expecting this. I will do my best to make it up.)

I really have no idea.

The police said apparently the were conspiring to jump people from the time they walked out the door.

Why me?? Would love to know.

You simply were at the wrong place at the wrong time. No rhyme nor reason as to why some people get jumped.

Not yet, I have to wait to see my family doctor first on Monday to see what he has to say.

OMG April!! That is terrible...can you press charges? Sue for emotional and physical trauma?? I would make them pay...and serverly!

I definitely pressed charges, I will know when and all about their court dates when its ready.

I am thinking about contacting a lawyer but I'm not sure if I can sue them?

I don't see why not..you were attacked by an unknown assalant for no reason..you got hurt and will have emotional and physical scarring for who knows how long?! Ppl sue over the littelist things and this is not little. It won;t urt to speak to alawyer...most have a free consulation.
