    WE SOLD!!!!

    We had our condo on the market for just shy of 3 weeks and we are sold! I got a call for a private showing today with 30min notice and about an hour and a half after he left we had an offer. When DH came home we started the "negotiating" and within an hour and 1 counter offer we came to a deal .

    Now begins the fun job of packing

    Thanks for letting me share my good news . The brag is more in what we walk away with after everything is said and done. Let's just say we made a pretty penny and we will be enjoying some of it in Palm Springs for the month of April
