The Rock Pile was an old Masonic Temple at the corner of Yonge and Davenport in Toronto. It lasted for little over a year, but in that short time, some of the greatest performers in the history of Rock played on that stage.

Oh yea, that's right The Rock Pile, that's the name I meant but it was at the Masonic Temple!

OK, something is not right here..... I am typing in the name of the theater that I used to work at. But when I post the reply, the name of the theater is missing. Is someone playing games or what!!!?? Its not a dirty word or anything. It's pronounced ROCK- SEE. But spelled differently.

It's a network block on Q's end. I told someone to by-pass their company p r o x y server to get Q at work and it came up P server.

That revolving stage always made for a perfect view,

But oh those memories of many a nights on that lawn.

i remember going to the bars at ont pl and then walking over to the forum for the concert that *was included in the cost of adm* to ont place!

I'm startin to feel like an oldtimer myself. My youth was spent trompin on the Danforth. I used to work at the Theater when they would play The Song Remains The Same twice on friday night and The Rocky Horror Picture Show twice on saturday night. Man... some good times back then. If only those walls could talk.

Oh man, I was there for those shows so many times. That place always had a cloud of smoke in there and a bunch of us youngsters laid back and grooving.
