Any self respecting person in the St. Catharine's area would have to agree that best pizza was in Port Dalhousie at DA PIZZA JOINT. Nothing beat their pizza on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night.

Or maybe it was because it was the only place open at 2:00 AM when all 12 bars in one block closed. . Come to think of it, I don't remember actually eating it as much as I do sitting on the steps trying to contain all the beverages I drank that evening.

Seriously though, it was darn good pizza.

There is nothing like a summer day down in Port...anywhere..doing anything..I love that place....AND.. we have Lakeside park .. right there..where a carousel ride on one of the oldest and best preserved Carousels is still only 5 cents a ride..Absolutely Beautiful..

indeed! Unfortunately people like truenorthstrongnfree and 6ffightr9 are so full of themselves that they see nothing wrong with anything they do. They live their entire pathetic lives for the sole purpose of harassing and belittling others. The moderators of this board should terminate the accounts of both or they will just continue to harass and intimidate others. Unfortunately the main reason so much of this crap goes on is that boards like this establish rules of conduct for members to follow, but yet their moderators rarely if ever apply them. Oh sure, i may very well be the first to get suspended for speaking out here against such bullies, but if that is the kind of board this is, who cares...the loss will be theirs...not mine.

can we please avoid fighting? I'm getting report after report of people worrying this is about to turn ugly. If you have a problem, please take it up nicely with each other via pm so that the entire board doesn't need to read about it.

Good Friday Morning Q'bees,

I'm easing into the day listening to Q and catching up. Thanks for the w.w., u.k. words and trivia! I haven't been able to listen to Q while with my sister at my Mom's cause she's the alpha and likes easy-listening and beebop stations! I'm appriciating my quiet time here on Club Q!

Hey NOTLER, I remember DA PIZZA JOINT! I was a north-end girl back then and still am at heart! Last year my friend Debbie bought the old pizza joint and it's now Delyla's. We try to go on Thursdays for her pizza and wing special. Great food and a cozy place to meet with friends for an enjoyable evening out! Check it out and bring back some good ol' memories!

Unfortunately this is extremely poor advise! Trying to take something up through PM with a bully accomplishes absolutely nothing except escalate the problem. Bullies fail to understand reason which differs from their own and will continue to harass and intimidate others until they are eventually stopped one way or another. Both truenorthstrongnfree and 6ffightr9 have clearly violated board policy, and have continued to do so even after the matter was openly brought up by me and several others here, both through PM, on this board and through the reporting methods. It is now time to do your job as moderators(s) and suspend their accounts, otherwise they will see this as having full board support behind their actions and as such, will continue, if not escalate their current harassment of others. And in fact, if they are not suspended, they do indeed have board support, and like several others who have PM'd me, I will not be staying here for long. Like me, they are disgusted with such bullies. Please terminate their accounts NOW! There are lots of other great places out there to go where one will not be harassed, and where moderators are not afraid to do their jobs.
