There was supposed to be a word around 4:30 (was mentioned when the 4:15 word was announced), but I was too busy making an omelette for the critters to hear it. & yes, I cook for them (they're the only ones who don't complain about my lack of culinary talent). They eat better than I do.

Hey Andit.....save your time, and just toss the critters an egg, raw....much better for them...I feed my 2 fluffy daughters raw meat, bones and organs, that's what they are designed to eat..... look at those teeth!!!....LOL!!!....TR

I got the same before the London call.

They called the day before and said they were calling the next day after 0730. I got that call and was ramping up when Ryan told me the call was just to make sure all the possible winners were up. AGRH!

Morning, all....wow, what a game yesterday...and what a perfect ending to the games on the whole!!!.....I thought Canada did a fabulous job with the ceremonies, commentators, prep for the onslaught of people for the 2 weeks in Vancouver....and the athletes.....what can you about them?.....terrific group of kids, they sure did us proud!!!

...thanks to all the overnighters who "stand on guard for me"......hmmm...dunno why, but that song keeps playing in my head, must be popular at the moment....LOL!!!...Canada ROCKS!!!!!!.....TR

We can't do raw, cause I'm immunosuppressed & it's not recommended I be exposed to raw stuff (have to use gloves to handle meat when prepping). As for bones, well, Miss Lily has to be the only dog in the world who gets sick from eating bones. Yes, eating, not chewing. She can gobble up a knuckle bone that would last my friend's 100lb shepherd a week, in less than 15 minutes. When she was a pup, we went through several Kongs. At one point I picked up an "indestructible" chew toy that the fellow who sold it to me said his 95lb Rottie who ate through concrete couldn't destroy. Well, Miss Lily tore it to shreds in seconds.

Oh & both of mine prefer their food nice & hot. Probably, so there's more work for their servant to do.
