on another note: it is virtually impossible to upload pictures to photo albums normally.. they end up in the wrong album or they supposedly uploaded and i can't frickin find them i give up

I was able to start the maintenance procedure earlier than expected, at 5 AM and luckily things proceeded with no issues or delays. Maintenance is done now, and it only took 29 minutes. The site will not be going down again today (for the predicted 6-10 AM/7-11AM time slot) - thanks for your understanding earlier with the longer anticipated down time but we're good to go! Happy Saturday!! Happy forum!

Hi, no the work was not for candy .. generally for me, if I post anything it's about me doing something at the server level. I don't usually touch the way the site works or the look/feel of it, I'm more the behind the scenes guy. Today's work was a related to a migration of the database for the forum.
