the picture size is perfect IMO. Gorgeous! Don't you feel like you've just been let in on a big secret when you find a nest?
I don't think I've evr seen "speckled" robins eggs??

So pretty!! Ours have hatched already!! 3 days ago actually. I stuck the camera up there and took a picture. I can't tell how many there are though......they're still just all naked and see-through with tiny poofs of random fluff......and all scrunched up together to keep warm, lol.

I remember having a robin's nest outside our living room window when I was about 5 or 6... It was so amazing to see the blue eggs and then watch the little birdies grow from fuzzballs to little robins. Thanks for a reminder of the great memory

Oh, I love photos like this! You and "Speckled" should submit them to CTV...I think they have a place to send photos that they put on air...if that's not the loveliest sign of spring, I don't know what is!!
Thanks for posting!

Such a wonderful picture. I hope the eggs hatch. So many of the nests seem to get picke by magpies and other birds. Nothing more wonderful in life than the miracle of birth! thanks for posting such a wonderful photo.

BTW was at SQ 1 yesterday and no sign of Mommy goose or her eggs! I hope they were moved to a safe place!

Wow! Cool pictures! I've got a robin out in my tree who keeps throwing himself at the neighbors window (the neighbor put up a pic of an eagle in his window but it's not working). Hope he finds himself a girl soon (the robin, not my neighbor).
