CN Tower Edgewalk - would you do it?

My coworker and I are discussing this... one of our coworkers suggested that this would be a good team building exercise




On the roof of the CN Tower’s restaurant 356m/1,168ft above the ground! That’s right – way up there – way out there!



May – October 2012. Bookings are now available. 1.5 hour total experience with a 20-30 minute outdoor walk.


Tickets are $175* and include keepsake video, photos, certificate of achievement and re-entry to CN Tower. You will also receive a Total Tower Experience Ticket which includes access to Look Out, Glass Floor, Sky Pod, Movie and Motion Theatre Ride**.

The last time we did a company event at the CN Tower, three people wouldn't even walk on the glass floor and they come up with this as an idea?

WHY?!? is it not good enough to see the world behind a safe glass wall?! lol I am terrified of heights...escalators scare me lol When BF took me to the CN Tower I was petrified to step on the glass floor...I cannot imagine strapping myself to a rope and dangling willingly over the edge of one of the worlds tallest buildings for fun.

I'd be off the team! Nope, wouldn't do it. Never. Why tempt fate? There are enough ways for things to go wrong in the world without looking for trouble! Oh, I don't understand this one bit...same with roller-coasters...I don't get the thrill...so count me out!

me neither. I'm TERRIFIED of heights. Add to the fact that you are 'dangling' and can (or can't) see how far it is too the ground. I'm pretty sure I'd have to wear a diaper just to get up there.

Me - NO... I don't even like the glass floor in the CN Tower! However, my 16 yr old son and husband want to do it this summer. I don't like that idea either!
