    A couple months ago I had an issue with Huggies diapers that I bought. I bought a big box and only used two out of the box and found that the dye from the diaper transferred on to my daughters clothes. I e-mailed them and they asked me to mail the box back (they sent me a paper so I had free shipping) and they would "compensate me accordingly." I shipped them out right away, and today I finally got my coupon in the mail ... a $1.00 PRINTABLE coupon. After returning my $40 box of diapers. Awesome.

    I would contact them again. Seems more of a clerical type error rather than not stepping up to the plate. Even an idiot wouldn't think a dollar is compensation especially since you are return pretty much the whole box.

    The SAME Thing happened to me!!! I was so disappointed. I had a whole box that the tabs wouldnt stick. Who knows how old the product was but i had just bought at a walmart. I even scanned my receipt showing date of purchase and price to them, barcode etc. They never asked for the product back BUT i couldnt use them and i got 2 x 0.50 off coupons! WOWZZERS!
