I am waiting for Pandora to get the London charms in Canada and then I am getting the double decker bus for my Pandora bracelet. It has the union jack on the top of it in enamel. I think the charms are more for the Olympics but since they are making them with the f l a g colours I think it might be for both the jubilee and the olympics. It's a bit more expensive then getting stamps and mugs, but I know it's something I will want to have on my bracelet forever so it's worth the investment.
I love the queen and her many hats and outfits.

I've hinted to my parents that their only grand-daughter is very proud of her British heritage and loves some of the tshirts that are around at the moment...actually i went as far as sending some money . Not sure what she'll end up with but i'm sure she'll be happy.

I have not got that one yet, just one I got at a British Boutique here.
Very nice roseofblack! Kazm haha I think sending money is a BIG hint
You ladies didn't get anything from William and Kates wedding? WHAT?! Okay, I probably bought everything out and left nothing for everyone else so I understand lol
Oh how I wish there was a thread to show off ALL of our Royal stuff because I'd LOVE to see what everyone has. On a kinda related note, I do have a plate commemorating the Queens Silver Jubilee in 1977 (given to me by my Mom since I wasn't born until a few years later)
The stamps from this Jubilee:
And the plate from The Queens Silver Jubilee:

You're welcome Natalka! I have an album on facebook but do you think I can figure out how to share that? lol BTW if anyone has any photos of their collectibles I'd love to see them
As for the plate, it is a Sovereign Potters collectible plate from King George VI's coronation on May 12, 1937. It was given to me by my Mother who received it from her Aunt. Any of my King George, Prince Charles & Diana or The Queen collectibles are all passed on to me from my Mother (except the stamps lol) and any William & Kate collectibles are of my own collecting. I do have more but they are currently packed away and I haven't had a chance to get to them to take photos. That's what bothers me though is I have collectibles and no place to display them.

Well i couldn't help but look at your goodies Tara..i am super nosey, lol
Now i'm a tad jealous too. I bought some of the magazines celebrating the wedding but that was it. I'm hoping they'll be something similar for the Jubilee but i haven't looked yet.
I seem to think that in '77 - when some of us "might" have been in school - we were all given a mug and i think my parents gave us a coin. Not sure what happened to the mug, but the coin is in my home - somewhere!Come on -Join me ! Get Points, get Free stuff

I didn't even get to watch the wedding because I had to work and knew if I did get up that early to watch it before hand I would miss half anyway because I would need to get ready for work and make lunch etc. I did watch it on repeat though later since it repeated pretty much the entire week LOL!

kazm, glad you like some of my goodies, but I don't believe I forgot to add this one to the photos. This is one of my favorite pieces because I couldn't find them anywhere!
Oh roseofblack, I was up bright and early with my Mom having Tea and biscuits watching the wedding lol It was wonderful to watch But after the first 10 times it was played in 3 days I was sick of it haha. I don't believe how much they repeated it that week!

Oh Natalka I just treasure the items that have been passed down to me, it's part of the reason I started collecting myself. And the spoons were soooo hard to find but I love them to! I think they are my favorite wedding collectible. Now I can't seem to find any really good quality collectibles for The Queens Diamond Jubilee. Has anyone found anything? There is a Magazine/Book at Walmart celebrating the Jubilee that is around $10 or $15 but they have them in the metal racks so every darn book is creased or bent. Grrrr! lol
