sounds like a similar problem I had at fresh-co. the cashier tried to tell me I couldn't use the coupon because the item was on sale. apparently to her you can't use coupons on sale items. she was ridiculously stupid in my opinion.

I had that problem at SW once. I just called HO and I had no problems after that. It sucks to have to go to such extremes but it is not the customer( usually) that is causing the problem.

Some people are just so rude....I am happy that everything worked out well for you in the end....i think it is good that you put in a complaint about her....hopefully she will never behave this way to anyone else
