well, this sure isn't the result i had hoped for. i felt sick when i saw that djt won florida and mitch mcconnell and lindsey graham had retained their seats. it was at that point i realized things might not go the way i hoped. i can't believe so many people support djt after everything he's done. it's depressing and disheartening.

djt has declared victory and is trying to stop the counting.

@heartgirl99 the mail in votes that are only NOW being tabulated in those hard to win States are giving Biden an edge!! Trump will not go quietly if Biden beats him to the 270 electoral votes needed!!

I was also so very stunned about Lindsay and McConnell, and how about that twerp Susan Collins from Maine?? How did she get voted in again after flip flopping so many times ( yes on beer loving Scotus pick and no the impeachment )

Fingers crossed that by this evening they can declare Joe President!!! Sadly though, he'll be like Obama with Mitch blocking everything he wants to get done.

@walkonby , we had a fire and dinner at the kids' this evening, and they bought Prosecco so we could toast the win! You know that I refused to watch any news except for the BBC firctge past couple of weeks, but our DD, the human calculator, kept me apprised of every detail in every state. Lol.

Now! Just wait until the orange guy gets hauled kicking and screaming out of the White House and gets so many charges against him! That's going to be fun!

Conrats to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris!!! Hubby and i were both watching the elections wondering if Trump would pull it off again. And he didnt but he wont concede. Hopefully his advisers can talk some sense into him. Now maybe instead of being divided, we can all start to become more united. The World is a small place and what happens with the US or in the US affects us all. Four years of havoc and uncertainty are over and healing will begin.

@Silk NY is where my entire family imigrate to and most of them are still living there. That’s also where I used to live I love New York to this day. Also have lots of family in the battle ground states

Honestly if the Dems were going to rig the vote those two and Ms Collins would be the ones to unseat. Along with a handful of Congress people. That would nullify the power of a republican president.
