Thread: Back to school kits
-

Hi all,
It's good to be logging back after such a longgggg gap!
I had a question to ask - my daughter and her friends are collecting back to school kits - just basic school supplies for kids who might need help. I was wondering if any of you know of places that we could drop these kits off at?
Thank you for your help.
bye now. This thread is currently associated with: Gap

I would drop them off at your local school. Schools will be opening in the next week, as staff needs to go in and get set up. I'm an elementary teacher, and I always have a number of students in my class with parents that cannot afford school supplies. These kits would really help out!
What a wonderful thing they're doing!

Salvation Army or United Way might be organizing something so that they can show up day1 with their new equipment.

You can drop them off at a local women's shelter as well, there are women in need with children in most of them.
