I found my knitting, finally, and managed to parcel up some donations for the garage sale so some purging got done in the meantime.

Haha..you know me only too well, Nat!
Well, it's fall, so Jenny is battling her seasonal allergies again: spring and fall. And yes, her vet confirmed it a couple of times before, so we're assuming this is the same thing, same itchiness, same sudden jumps in bed to scratch something (yep, that's why I'm up early; she was awake and skritchy again).

So I got up, had a coffee...breakfast, then she peeped to get out of bed, so she went out for her morning constitutional, and when she came in, I gave her Benedryl (Vet suggested like before) and she was able to settle down for a few hours. I just finished giving her a nice bath. So between the medicine and her bath, I expect her to be avoiding me in favour of her daddy for a while.
I'll give her another half-dose at noon, then a full dose before bedtime tonight. At least, thank goodness, it provides her with relief!

Yucky looking day, but no snow forecast so far, expected to be a whopping +1 this afternoon, and sob, DH is taking down the 'roof' of the gazebo: the WORST first sign of winter!!

My definition of "football" is different from the NA version. I have coached my kind of football both across the pond and over here to both genders, and I have to say the girls I have worked with, are some of the most hardworking people I have met. My observations.....

- there is no me me me
- they value and put emphasis in teamwork
- the hard work transcends into other parts of their lives e.g. their school grades
- they have part-time jobs

This is not to say the boys whom I coached this past Spring/ Summer aren't the same.

I should show this to my Hubby...he doesn't know how lucky he is! Oh, wait. Actually, he does!
